या कुन्देन्दुतुषारहारधवला या शुभ्रवस्त्रावृता
या वीणावरदण्डमण्डितकरा या श्वेतपद्मासना।
या ब्रह्माच्युत शंकरप्रभृतिभिर्देवैः सदा वन्दिता
सा मां पातु सरस्वती भगवती निःशेषजाड्यापहा॥१॥

Saraswati Vandana Meaning
Shlok-1
I pray for the protection of Goddess Saraswati, the embodiment of knowledge and learning, who is as white as the flowers of the Saraswati Kund, the moon, snow, and a pearl necklace, and is attired in white clothing. She holds a beautiful veena-danda, sits on a white lotus, and dispels lethargy and ignorance. She is constantly venerated by deities such as Vishnu, Shankar, and Brahma. May she, who removes all inertness and ignorance, protect us always.
Shlok-2
In reverence and worship, I bow to Bhagwati Sharda, Goddess Saraswati. She is Shuklavarna, filling the entire universe, Adishakti, bearing the essence of thoughts and the supreme being known as Parabrahma. She removes fear and dispels ignorance, holding a veena and book in her hands. She is adorned with supreme luxury, wearing a garland of rhinestones and bestowing wisdom as she sits on the Padmasan.
